Compliance and QA Program Manager

Are you the strategic mastermind who can turn complex aviation regulations into a symphony of safety and performance?

In this role, you will partner with teams across Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to embed quality, compliance, and accountability into every aspect of the operation, ensuring the highest standards of safety and performance.

Take the lead in establishing, implementing, and continuously enhancing quality management systems and compliance monitoring frameworks that ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.

Drive operational excellence by overseeing audits, compliance assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring effective risk management, audit readiness, and the successful closure of findings across all operational areas.

Ensure quality and compliance risks are proactively identified, assessed, and mitigated through robust monitoring, transparent reporting, and corrective action plans that safeguard operational integrity and regulatory adherence.

Hold authority to interface with regulatory bodies on compliance-related matters, including securing approvals, responding to regulatory inquiries, managing certifications such as Third Country Operator (TCO) authorization, and representing the organization during audits and inspections.

Lead and develop high-performing quality and compliance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, regulatory excellence, and operational accountability while ensuring sustainable compliance leadership and decision-making continuity.

Drive a culture of ownership, governance, and regulatory discipline by holding self and others accountable for delivering commitments, maintaining compliance standards, and achieving operational objectives.

Promote transparency through performance monitoring, timely escalation of risks and findings, and the effective execution of corrective actions to ensure sustainable compliance and operational excellence.

Degree qualified, y ou will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years in airline quality assurance and compliance.

You are expected to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
