- Analyze and monitor compliance data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks
- Develop and maintain risk indicator dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Prepare, present, and distribute regular compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies
- Conduct deep dive compliance analytics to support internal audits and regulatory examinations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement and improve compliance controls
- Assist in the design and enhancement of compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks
- Provide ad hoc data analysis and reporting support for special projects and investigations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in compliance analytics, risk management, or a related function
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Proven experience developing interactive dashboards and data models in Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent reporting skills and experience producing management level presentations
- Hands on experience with compliance analytics and risk indicator development
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory environment and local compliance requirements
- Professional certification such as CAMS, CRCM, or equivalent
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages
- Exposure to additional BI tools (Tableau, Qlik)
- Master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related discipline

Required Qualifications
