Role Overview

Work Location and Schedule

• The work location is offshore Qatar with a 70% offshore and 30% onshore arrangement.
• The assignment follows a 28-days-on and 28-days-off rotation.
• The schedule is 7 days per week with 12 working hours per day.
• The contract type is long-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the senior Company Site Representative aboard DSVs during offshore execution campaigns.
• Interface with EPC contractor offshore construction management teams.
• Monitor construction compliance with procedures, specifications, risk assessments, and execution plans.
• Oversee subsea installation, diving, marine, and ROV operations.
• Coordinate SIMOPS, Permit to Work, and interfaces with Production Operations near company assets.
• Participate in safety meetings, HAZID, HIRA, and risk reviews and close actions before critical work.
• Manage offshore incident response and support execution problem resolution.
• Monitor diving systems, ROV equipment, vessel audits, certifications, and close-out actions.
• Coordinate with vessel management, marine leads, onshore project teams, and contractors.
• Review performance and provide daily progress reports to project management.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Certificate or equivalent is required.
• Valid offshore certifications are required.
• OPITO T-BOSIET certification is mandatory.
• OPITO H2S Certification is mandatory.
• At least 20 years of offshore installation experience aboard DSVs is required.
• At least 5 years as an Offshore Construction Manager, Company Site Representative, or DSV Superintendent is required.
• At least 5 years as a Diver, Dive Supervisor, or Saturation Diving Supervisor is required.

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of DSV operations, offshore subsea construction, saturation diving, and air diving.
• Strong knowledge of ROV operations, offshore installation vessels, marine operations, and subsea structures installation.
• Strong knowledge of SIMOPS, Permit to Work systems, offshore safety management, risk assessments, and HAZID/HIRA.
• Knowledge of lifting and rigging operations is required.
