Your role

• Reporting to the COO and working hand-in-hand with the founders, you’ll be engaged across all aspects of Nomad Atomics to implement and maintain the operational infrastructure that enables rapid, sustainable growth.
• Operations Execution:
• · Design and implement scalable operating cadences — weekly standups, OKR reviews, quarterly planning
• · Translate strategic priorities set by the COO and founders into operational plans and track execution.
• · Monitor organizational performance metrics and surface insights to the COO and founders.
• · Own the KPI dashboard, ensuring leadership has real-time visibility into the metrics that matter
• · Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• · Develop and maintain internal workflows, playbooks, and operating standards.
• · Drive accountability for key initiatives and monitor progress against milestones.
• · Assist in preparing board packs, investor updates, all-hands presentations, company newsletters, synthesising complex information clearly and concisely.
• Legal and Risk Management
• · Liaise with external legal counsel on commercial contracts, IP protection, and regulatory matters.
• · Maintain corporate governance records (board minutes, cap table, shareholder agreements).
• · Ensure the company remains compliant with relevant regulations (e.g. export controls, insurance, HCES)
• People Operations
• · Own the end-to-end hiring operations process — coordinating recruiters, managing and interview pipelines.
• · Implement and iterate on onboarding programmes.
• · Manage HR administration including offer letters, employment contracts, equity documentation, and compliance with local employment law.
