Role Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced, highly knowledgeable Corporate Services Consultant (Company Formation) to join our team.
  • You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding international and local entrepreneurs, startups, and corporates through the end to end process of setting up business entities.
  • The ideal candidate must possess an intricate, up to date understanding of the distinct legal frameworks, costs, timelines, and compliance requirements for both Mainland and Free Zone setups.

Key Responsibilities

  • End to End Incorporation Management: Oversee the entire company formation lifecycle, including initial trade name reservation, initial approvals, drafting legal documents (MOA, AOA, Power of Attorney), and final license issuance.
  • Jurisdictional Advisory: Consult with clients to assess their business models and recommend the most optimal corporate structure (e.g., Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore) and the right licensing activity.
  • Government & Authority Liaison: Act as the primary liaison with relevant government bodies (e.g., Department of Economy and Tourism, Ministry of Economy), Free Zone authorities, and notarization offices.
  • Corporate Banking Support: Guide clients through the post incorporation phase, assisting with corporate bank account opening, visa processing, and establishment card registrations.
  • Compliance & KYC: Conduct strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) checks on incoming clients to ensure total regulatory compliance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing regular milestones updates and handling renewals or corporate restructuring amendments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of direct experience in Company Formation / Corporate Services within the local market.
  • Domain Knowledge: In depth, expert level knowledge of the rules, regulations, and procedural differences between various Free Zones and Mainland authorities.
  • Network & Relations: Established rapport and existing relationships with key government officials and Free Zone authority representatives are highly advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in drafting commercial contracts, legal documents, and navigating government online portals.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional cross cultural communication and consultative selling skills; highly organized with ability to manage multiple company formation pipelines simultaneously; sharp problem solving abilities to navigate bureaucratic roadblocks smoothly.
