Role Overview

  • We are currently looking for a Community Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating sustainable and vibrant communities that offer exceptional living experiences to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage community operations, including financial oversight, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws.
  • Monitor and evaluate service providers' performance to uphold company standards.
  • Develop strategies to enhance property performance and growth.
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Lead sustainability and technology integration initiatives within the communities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, vendors, and authorities.
  • Regularly assess building operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and clients, keeping them informed of community performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in owners association management.
  • Certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM).
  • Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to owners' associations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
  • Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship initiatives.
  • Technologically savvy with experience in property management software.
