- Act as the main point of contact for members, managing their full lifecycle from onboarding to retention
- Lead onboarding and ensure seamless integration into The Bureau community
- Build strong relationships with members, proactively engaging and connecting them
- Manage member communications, including WhatsApp groups, email updates, and internal platforms
- Conduct tours, manage leads, and convert memberships (coworking)
- Drive event space bookings from enquiry through to conversion
- Prepare and adapt the space for events, ensuring all setups meet client expectations
- Develop and execute activations and strategies to attract new members and increase engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a dynamic calendar of community events and activations
- Create meaningful partnerships with organizations and local businesses
Requirements
- Experience in community management, member management, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) is a plus
- Canva experience is a plus

Position Overview
- The Community Lead’s responsibilities fall into four key categories: Member Management, Events, Partnerships & Activations, and Coworking. The Community Lead will ensure each member is consistently gaining value, attracting new members to join The Bureau community and focusing on creating a space co
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for members, managing their full lifecycle from onboarding to retention to members queries.
- Lead onboarding and ensure seamless integration into The Bureau community.
- Build strong relationships with members, proactively engaging and connecting them to create meaningful synergies.
- Manage member communications, including WhatsApp groups, email updates, and internal platforms (e.g. Hubspot).
- Conduct tours, manage leads, and convert memberships (coworking).
- Drive event space bookings from enquiry through to conversion. Prepare and adapt the space for events, ensuring all setups meet client expectations and are delivered to a high standard.
- Develop and execute activations and clear strategies to attract new members, increase engagement, and deliver added value to the community.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a dynamic calendar of community events and activations.
- Collaborate closely with the other Community Lead to align on events, activations, and overall community strategy.
- Create meaningful partnerships with organizations and local businesses, building the Bureau ecosystem.
- Build and run the Founding Members Program.
- Create and maintain marketing materials (e.g. event flyers, ensuring they are up to date and well presented in the space. Canva experience is a plus.
Location and Timings
- Location: The Bureau location in Opera Grand Downtown.
- Timings: Generally, Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm which could be adjusted based on weekly requirements.
