Role Overview
The Authors is seeking a Communications Team Executive for its holiday-home management operations in Abu Dhabi.
The role manages and optimizes internal and external communication across departments, guests, suppliers, and property owners.
The Authors manages premium apartments across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah with hotel-level guest-experience standards.
Guest Communication
- Respond to guest inquiries through Guesty, Airbnb, and the Owners App in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle booking confirmations, special requests, early check-ins, late checkouts, and escalations.
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, deliveries, and special requests with the operations team.
- Ensure guest responses follow the company's communication tone and standards.
Owner Communication
- Share monthly updates, reports, and statements with owners in coordination with accounting.
- Handle owner inquiries about blocked dates, special requests, and urgent instructions.
- Maintain communication documentation for record-keeping and transparency.
