Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; or equivalent years of analytical experience.
Prior experience with sales compensation calculations and reporting is a plus.
Background in the insurance industry is a plus.
Familiarity with compensation tools such as Varicent, Xactly, or SAP Callidus is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, organization, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) with a demonstrated ability to adapt, remain flexible, and learn quickly under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.
Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications.
