Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience accepted.
5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a complex business environment, including managing executive priorities, vendors, and event budgets.
Proven ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing executive operations, budgets, and vendor relationships, including negotiating with vendors and balancing cost, quality, and timing considerations.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent grammar, clarity, and professionalism; builds positive working relationships across teams and serves as a trusted liaison for leadership.
Exceptional planning, time management, and analytical skills; able to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
Highly organized, adaptable, self-motivated, and dependable; flexible and willing to adjust to shifting business needs, including occasional travel and work outside normal hours for major events.
Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.
Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications.
