About the Role
Decima International seeks a Commissioning Manager with hyperscale data center experience to lead commissioning and delivery of multiple mission-critical facilities. The role involves managing commissioning from design through testing, coordinating with contractors, and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities
- Manage commissioning of multiple mission critical facilities from start to close out.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and communicate with technical and management level personnel.
- Prepare PowerPoint decks and present to management on progress, findings, and recommendations.
- Review project plans, requirements, and specifications.
- Prepare RFPs and support contractor selection and contract award.
- Work with contractors to establish CPM baseline schedules.
- Perform resource analyses to identify potential bottlenecks and resource strain.
- Identify project risks, gaps, and opportunities and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Facilitate, run, and chair project meetings (including OAC meetings) and maintain accurate meeting minutes and action items.
- Review and validate project progress, contractor pay applications, and invoices.
- Carry out financial and technical appraisals of project options.
- Perform feasibility studies, site surveys, and liaise with designers, engineers, superintendents, and construction managers as required.
Requirements
- Experience in hyperscale data center development and commissioning.
- Versed in modern project management techniques within complex, multi functional organizations.
- Understanding and knowledge of engineering, design, procurement and contracting, safety, construction, and commissioning.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with clients and communicate with both technical and management level personnel.
- Experience managing assigned work from start to close out, covering all aspects related to work delivery.
- Proficiency in preparing PowerPoint decks and presenting to management on progress, findings, and recommendations.
- Experience reviewing project plans, requirements, and specifications.
- Experience preparing RFPs and supporting contractor selection and contract award.
- Ability to work with contractors to establish CPM baseline schedules.
- Ability to perform resource analyses to identify potential bottlenecks and resource strain.
- Ability to identify project risks, gaps, and opportunities and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
