Decima International seeks an experienced Commissioning Engineer for a large-scale data center project in Dubai. The role involves supporting commissioning, integrated systems testing, and operational readiness for mission-critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Support commissioning and IST execution across mission critical data center systems
- Coordinate with commissioning managers, contractors, vendors, and client representatives during testing
- Review and support commissioning plans, method statements, test scripts, and risk assessments
- Support Integrated Systems Testing for electrical, mechanical, controls, ICT, and compute systems
- Assist in validating system readiness before commissioning
- Support GPU and accelerator burn in testing and thermal soak testing
- Support compute fabric validation activities
- Monitor and document test results, deficiencies, and corrective actions
- Coordinate with project teams to track and close commissioning issues
- Verify commissioning activities align with approved drawings and specifications
- Support testing of critical infrastructure including electrical, cooling, BMS, EPMS, and fire alarm systems
- Participate in commissioning meetings, readiness reviews, and lessons learned sessions
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commissioning, IST execution, data center operations, or mission critical infrastructure delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications Engineering or related field
- Experience supporting commissioning on data center, mission critical, or high performance computing projects
- Hands on experience with Integrated Systems Testing (IST) execution
- Experience with GPU/accelerator burn in and thermal soak testing
- Strong understanding of mission critical electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to review commissioning plans, test scripts, drawings, and technical documentation
- Understanding of commissioning safety requirements including LOTO and Permit to Work

Qualifications
