Commis II position supporting kitchen production and service at The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle.
The hotel is part of The First Group Hospitality and The First Collection in Dubai.
About the Property
The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle is a 491-room Tribute Portfolio hotel in Dubai.
The property includes restaurants, an artisanal bakery, an outdoor pool, gym, spa, and access to Soluna Restaurants and Beach Club.
Kitchen Production
- Review daily production sheets with senior kitchen staff and prepare required food items according to standards.
- Delegate production tasks when required to prevent interruptions to guest service.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold items while meeting deadlines.
- Participate in training junior culinary talent and apprentices.
Food Quality and Safety
- Follow standardized recipes and specifications to maintain consistent food quality.
- Handle, store, prepare, label, and serve food in accordance with hotel and government food safety guidelines.
- Understand and apply HACCP principles.
