- Prepare mise en place and pastry items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Support daily pastry operations while ensuring readiness for service periods
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation
- Follow stock rotation procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients and prepared items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and preparation areas
- Contribute to a safe and efficient kitchen environment through teamwork and attention to detail
Requirements
- Experience working in a pastry kitchen within a hotel, restaurant, bakery, or similar culinary environment
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices
- Organized, detail oriented, and committed to maintaining high culinary standards
- Effective communication in English

- As a Commis – Bakery, you will report to the Sous Chef.
Your Role
- Prepare mise en place and pastry items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Support daily pastry operations while ensuring readiness for service periods
