What you'll be doing
Supporting multiple outlets across Warwick Castle, delivering a variety of food services, including working from a central production unit to dispatch food across the site
Assisting with busy Conferences & Banqueting operations, catering for weddings, gala dinners, business lunches, private parties, Christmas events, and Warwick Castle's popular summer concerts
Supporting the kitchen team with daily food preparation and service
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
Ensuring high levels of attention to detail and food quality
Assisting with stock rotation and helping to minimise waste

- Full-tIme role with shifts typically between 8:00am - 4.00pm , with just occasional evening shifts for events.

About you
Previous kitchen experience preferred
Basic food hygiene knowledge
Strong attention to detail
A genuine passion for food and developing your culinary skills
Due to the nature of our business, you must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
Full UK driving licence (preffered but not essential)
As a seasonal attraction, this role is initially available until 22 December 2026.
