Job Description
Xfinity Mobile Arena is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee food and beverage operations for one of the region's premier sports and entertainment venues. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing catering services across a wide range of events, from large scale concerts and sporting events to private suites and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Leadership

- Plan and lead daily team briefings
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
- Client Relationship
- Identify client needs and communicate operational progress

- Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements
- Deliver client and company financial targets
- Adopt all Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins
