- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Properly store food items and monitor stock rotation (FIFO)
- Assist with receiving and checking deliveries
- Support inventory control and report shortages or wastage
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.
- Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, peeling, and portioning.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Properly store food items and monitor stock rotation (FIFO).
- Assist with receiving and checking deliveries.
- Support inventory control and report shortages or wastage.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
Pay
- AED 3,000.00 per month
