Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent qualification (Essential).
Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or reputable commercial kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Valid working rights in Australia for a minimum of six months.
Open Australian driver licence preferred for some roles.
