Job Description
Mamafri Restaurant LLC is seeking a hardworking, motivated, and passionate Commis Chef to join its kitchen team in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports daily kitchen operations while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with food preparation and cooking.
- Prepare vegetables, meat, seafood, sauces, and other ingredients.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure proper food storage and labeling.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Receive and store kitchen supplies.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
- Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Chef.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
