Role Overview
The employer is seeking a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Barista.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide excellent customer service.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Prepare beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area.
- Handle customer requests and ensure a pleasant experience.
- Manage stock levels and inform supervisors when supplies need replenishing.
- Process customer payments accurately when required.
- Follow food safety, health, hygiene, and company procedures.
- Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth service.
