- Follow instructions and adhere to the hotel's quality and safety standards
- Participate in kitchen briefings and training sessions to enhance culinary skills
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commis 1 or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment is preferred
- Basic culinary knowledge and understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by hotel operations
- Must be currently in UAE
