Overview

Responsibilities

  • Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
  • Informs Chef De Partie daily on operational and personal matters.
  • Ensures all food items are prepared on time and meet quality standards.
  • Prepares daily food requisitions as assigned.
  • Maintains cleanliness in all assigned areas.
  • Controls cost by minimizing spoilage, waste, and portion control.
  • Attends training sessions.
  • Reports equipment needing repair or maintenance.
  • Ensures freshness and proper storage of products.
  • Supports executive chef, sous chef, and line chefs in food production.
  • Assists in preparing vegetables, meats, and pastries.
  • Ensures food is prepared and served on time.

Additional Notes

  • Philippines Chef are preferred.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
