Key Responsibilities
- Assist the cake artist for cake decorating.
- Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Willingness to learn cake preparation and baking techniques.
- Good understanding of cake structure, stacking, supports, and transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and clean finishing.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
