The Role

  • Looking for a driven, client focused Commercial Property Consultant to generate and close leasing and sales opportunities across Qatar's commercial real estate market.
  • Represent landlords, investors, and tenants—building your pipeline, advising clients, and hitting revenue targets.

What You'll Do

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, calls, referrals, and market outreach.
  • Guide high value clients through buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties.
  • Conduct viewings and present tailored options to clients.
  • Negotiate offers and terms between clients and property owners.
  • Build lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and developers.
  • Stay sharp on Qatar's commercial market trends and pricing.
  • Keep accurate records of clients, listings, and transactions.
  • Hit individual sales and leasing targets.

What You Bring

  • Valid QID (mandatory).
  • 1+ years of commercial real estate experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Solid understanding of Qatar's commercial property market.
  • Self motivated, target driven professional.
  • Valid Qatar driving license and car.
  • Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
