Company Context

TOMRA develops sensor-based sorting technologies for recycling and waste management.

The role supports large-scale recycling solutions and sustainability initiatives across the Middle East and Africa region.

Role Overview

Serve as the central link between customers, sales, engineers, service experts, logistics teams, and project partners.

Manage project execution from contract signing through installation, commissioning, and customer handover.

Support long-term customer partnerships, account growth, and sustainable technology delivery.

Commercial Project Execution

  • Own project coordination after contract award through installation, commissioning, and handover.
  • Act as the primary customer-facing contact during execution.
  • Align customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Service teams, and external partners.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.

Business Growth

  • Review and support sales opportunities across the Middle East and Africa region.
  • Maintain CRM and ERP data for accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Identify equipment upgrade, service agreement, and plant expansion opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Support regional commercial governance and process excellence.

Project Delivery

  • Deliver projects on schedule, within agreed scope, and to quality standards.
  • Support improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across a matrix organization and multiple countries and cultures.

Experience and Education

  • Three to five years of experience in project management, industrial operations, engineering projects, or a similar field.
  • Experience with industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or infrastructure-related projects.
  • Understanding of delivery from contract award through commissioning.
  • Experience in international and multicultural environments.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a listed engineering, supply chain, business engineering, or related discipline.

Technical and Language Skills

  • Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
  • Experience with project management tools and reporting platforms.
  • Ability to analyze project data for commercial and operational improvements.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
