Position Summary
Provide regional commercial support to Client Coordinating Officers, Managing Directors and Partners on frame contracts and large or complex client deals.
Focus primarily on the Middle East while supporting commercial activities across the EMESA region, including Europe, Africa and South America.
Report to the EMESA Business Development Executive Director and interact with Business Development and Client Team functions globally, regionally and locally.
Work closely with Finance, Legal, Risk and Global Revenue Management teams on negotiations and contract management.
Main Responsibilities
- Support commercial negotiations for frame contracts and large or complex deals, including VBP projects.
- Provide guidance on commercial terms and secondarily on legal terms during deal setup.
- Perform price analysis and review key regional contracts and frame agreements.
- Track negotiation status and maintain a summary view of final terms.
- Coordinate implementation of negotiated contracts with Legal and Finance.
- Develop internal know-how in contracting, project setup, negotiation, pricing and risk management.
- Share commercial negotiation knowledge with internal stakeholders.
- Support pricing tools and templates for rate cards and volume discount schedules.
Experience and Qualifications
- Significant experience in negotiating indirect services categories, including consultancy spend, is sought.
- Relevant experience in a professional services or consulting environment is sought.
- Ten or more years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
- Procurement leadership experience with a leading market player and experience buying or selling strategic consulting services are preferred.
- A master's degree or equivalent in business or a related field, or an MBA, is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
