The Role
Support day-to-day commercial activities across sales, business development, customer service, pricing, proposals, contracts, and revenue processes.

Commercial and Sales Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial team and assist with sales, business development, account management, and customer activities.
- Maintain commercial records, databases, trackers, CRM data, sales pipelines, and performance reports.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, price schedules, tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and commercial documents.
- Track opportunities from inquiry through quotation, negotiation, award, and contract execution.
Market and Customer Activities
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer research, segmentation, and opportunity identification.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, customer visits, agendas, and follow-up documentation.
- Respond to routine customer inquiries and coordinate complex requests with appropriate internal teams.
- Support customer onboarding, account setup, relationship management, and follow-up on quotations, purchase orders, and contracts.
Pricing, Forecasting, and Contracts
- Maintain price lists, discount structures, commercial terms, pricing comparisons, margin analyses, forecasts, and revenue projections.
- Monitor sales against targets, identify variances, and support commercial plans, budgets, and management reporting.
- Maintain contract registers and track status, renewals, expirations, obligations, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Coordinate contract reviews and manage purchase orders, agreements, amendments, renewals, and commercial correspondence.
Tenders and Systems
- Coordinate tender responses, submission checklists, compliance trackers, deadlines, clarification questions, and outcome records.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Operations on customer requirements and support supplier, distributor, and partner documentation.
- Prepare Excel reports, dashboards, presentations, and commercial KPI reporting.
- Support CRM, ERP, quotation-management, business-intelligence, and automation improvements while maintaining data confidentiality and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, commerce, sales, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
- 2–5+ years of experience in commercial support, sales administration, business development, customer service, contracts, procurement, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, quotations, sales pipelines, and customer management.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills, excellent communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across multiple departments and manage multiple deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in sales, business development, commercial management, procurement, or a related area.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems, quotations, tenders, RFPs, commercial proposals, contract administration, or commercial documentation.
- Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Power BI or other business-intelligence experience, B2B sales experience, and knowledge of UAE or GCC procurement processes are advantageous.
- Arabic is advantageous.
Systems and Tools
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- CRM platforms, ERP systems, sales and quotation-management systems, tender and procurement portals, and business-intelligence tools.
- Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, HubSpot, or equivalent systems are advantageous.
