Responsibilities
- Support commercial management of data centre construction projects from procurement to completion
- Assist with preparation, evaluation, and negotiation of contracts, tenders, and supplier agreements
- Manage procurement activities ensuring materials and services are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor project costs, variations, valuations, and commercial reporting
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, legal, and finance teams to mitigate commercial risk
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- 3 6 years of commercial or procurement experience in data centre, mission critical, or large scale infrastructure sector
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract administration, and cost management
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
- Already based in the UAE

Job Overview

- Experience working with major contractors, consultants, or data centre developers highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
- Candidates should be already based in the UAE.
