Commercial Analyst

Join Centurion as a Commercial Analyst and play a key role in turning operational and financial data into meaningful commercial insights. Working closely with our Commercial Manager, account management and operations teams, you’ll support weekly financial reporting, analyse business performance and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost management and customer service.

This is an opportunity to work across a diverse logistics business, collaborating with teams in Perth and remotely to understand performance and support informed commercial decisions.

You’ll be an analytical and commercially minded professional who enjoys working with data and partnering with stakeholders to understand business performance.

3+ years’ experience as a Commercial Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within logistics.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business or a related field.

Strong reconciliation and financial accuracy skills.

Experience working with large datasets in Excel, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in data modelling, analysis and stakeholder reporting.

Comfortable using Power BI Reporting Suite, or willing to develop your capability.

Understanding of standard accounting principles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

A willingness to learn, progress and contribute to continuous improvement.
