The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Branch Administrator to join our Karratha team and provide essential administrative and customer service support to the branch.
This is a great opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administration professional looking to build their career within the transport and logistics industry.
Working closely with the branch team, you’ll help keep day-to-day administration running smoothly while supporting customers, management and internal stakeholders. No two days will be the same, making this a varied role for someone who enjoys being hands-on and working as part of a busy team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails and mail
- Provide professional and friendly customer service, responding to enquiries and assisting with resolving issues
- Provide general administrative support to management and the wider branch team
- Complete data entry, filing, document preparation and record keeping
- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking and accounts receivable activities
- Maintain accurate information across relevant systems and databases
- Prepare reports and assist with maintaining branch records
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with quality control and ensure administrative processes meet company and customer requirements
