The Role
Own the tail end of the revenue cycle by tracking invoices, following up on payments, resolving blockers, and giving Finance visibility into expected collections.
Work with vendor registration, invoicing, Finance, client accounts payable, and procurement teams to keep collections moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the collections cycle for every invoiced account from submission to payment received.
- Track outstanding receivables, including amounts, due dates, aging, and status by client.
- Follow up with client accounts payable and procurement teams until invoices are paid.
- Resolve missing documents, portal rejections, purchase-order mismatches, disputed amounts, and approval blockers.
- Escalate at-risk and overdue accounts with plans to unblock them.
- Coordinate payment terms, invoice corrections, payment reconciliation, and invoicing setup issues with internal owners.
- Report collection status, expected payment timing, and aging receivables to leadership.
- Maintain client finance and procurement relationships and suggest fixes for recurring payment issues.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or credit control experience are required.
- Experience with corporate or government clients in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Etimad, SAP Ariba, Oracle iSupplier, or equivalent payment cycles is required.
- Understanding of invoices, VAT, payment terms, and reconciliation is required.
- Strong written and verbal Arabic and solid professional English are required.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Candidates must be based in Makkah and able to work on-site.
Nice to Have
- Experience with PIF companies and subsidiaries, Aramco, SABIC, government ministries, SaaS or technology vendors, HubSpot, or supplier-side vendor registration and invoicing is preferred.
