Role Overview
Al Danah Medical is seeking a reliable and results-oriented Collection Officer or Debt Collector in Qatar.
The role focuses on recovering outstanding healthcare-related payments and managing customer collection accounts.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on collection experience in Qatar.
- Experience with HMC, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare accounts is preferred.
- A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of the Qatar market and local business practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
- Target-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Attentive to instructions and company procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned accounts and follow up on outstanding and overdue payments.
- Contact customers or debtors by phone, email, and visits about outstanding balances.
- Plan recovery actions and negotiate payment deadlines, settlements, or payment plans.
- Follow up on promised payments and ensure timely collection.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and payment discrepancies professionally.
- Maintain customer relationships while supporting successful debt recovery.
- Update account status, payment records, and collection databases.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve billing and payment-related issues.
- Report unwilling or unable payers and escalate unresolved accounts when necessary.
- Comply with company policies, Qatar regulations, and legal collection requirements.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 4,000 to QAR 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
