Role Overview
Al Danah Medical is seeking an AR Accountant to manage daily accounts receivable activities and customer accounts.
The role covers billing, collections, reconciliations, receipts, discrepancy resolution, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts receivable activities and customer accounts.
- Prepare invoices, statements, and accounts receivable aging reports.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Post and allocate customer receipts accurately.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments on billing and payment issues.
- Monitor overdue balances and escalate long-outstanding accounts.
- Prepare regular accounts receivable and collection reports.
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Have three to five years of accounts receivable or accounting experience.
- Demonstrate strong Excel and ERP or accounting system skills.
- Possess good communication, reconciliation, and collection skills.
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical supplies experience is preferred.
- HMC Accounts Receivable experience is highly preferred.
- Be available to join immediately.
Compensation and Employment
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- Pay is QAR 6,000 to QAR 7,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
