Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Coffee Roaster role located in Mecca.
The Coffee Roaster will oversee the roasting process, ensuring specialty-grade coffee quality with precision and attention to detail.
Daily responsibilities include operating roasting equipment, monitoring quality control, and maintaining consistency in coffee production.
Additional responsibilities include supporting the team by training staff and ensuring that all roasted coffee meets the company’s high standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Coffee Roasting and an understanding of Specialty Coffee
- Strong Quality Control and attention to detail for ensuring product consistency
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with the team and provide clear instructions
- Experience in providing Training to team members on coffee processes and quality standards
- A passion for coffee and a commitment to upholding high standards of excellence
- Ability to work in an on-site role based in Mecca
- Prior experience in a coffee-related or similar role is highly preferred
