Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Barista role based in Mecca.
The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages to customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
Day-to-day tasks include taking orders, recommending menu items, preparing high-quality drinks, managing food preparation duties, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
The Barista will work closely with the team to create a welcoming experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Barista and specialty coffee Preparation skills
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to engage with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and standards
