Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant for a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.
The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations, handle correspondence, schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain records, and provide clerical and administrative support.
Responsibilities also include managing phone and email communications, ensuring professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting executive team members with tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support daily operations and manage schedules efficiently.
- Strong Clerical Skills for organizing files, maintaining records, and other office tasks.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interactions with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite; experience in file management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role and fluency in both Arabic and English are desirable.
