• Maintain authoritative system design and architecture documentation that describes integrated system configurations, interfaces, dependencies, and design intent supporting LNIC integration and validation activities with Coalition or Australian systems and networks

• Conduct engineering configuration management of hardware, software, and system artefacts employed across fixed and deployable production domains, including technical integration testing within development environments prior to configuration updates or releases.
• Provide engineering support to innovation proposals and lead or contribute to the integration of additional systems, including Army battle management systems, mission applications, and partner network capabilities.
• Support the development of CIS technical documentation required for Joint and Coalition activities, including Joining, Membership and Exiting Instructions (JMEI), networking instructions, and NETOPS artefacts, ensuring technical coherence, accuracy, and integration alignment.
• Produce clear written and oral engineering reports following test, integration, and validation activities, capturing findings, risks, integration issues, and recommended actions.
• Provide system ‑ level technical advice and guidance to developing capabilities through the Land Integration Framework – Digital (LIF ‑ D) to enable a digitally integrated Land Combat System within a Joint and Coalition force.

• Experience with scripting, automation, or software development to support system integration, testing, administration, or technical analysis (e.g. PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, or equivalent).
• Experience with design, configuration, and management of desktop (Windows 11) and server (Windows Server 2022 and later) Standard Operating Environments (SOEs) in accordance with approved system architectures, design artefacts, and integration constraints.
• Experience working at a system ‑ of ‑ systems level, including managing interfaces, dependencies, and second ‑ order effects across interconnected applications, networks, and platforms.
• Experience developing or interpreting system architecture artefacts, interface control documentation, and design descriptions to support integration and assurance activities.
• Experience planning, executing, or supporting technical integration testing, risk reduction activities, acceptance testing, or trials, including the development of test procedures and evaluation artefacts.
• Experience in software development or systems integration, including experience with applications including XMPP Chat, Mail relay and proxy services.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), End User Device (EUD) configuration, and application/binary whitelisting solutions that support secure deployment, governance, and sustainment of enterprise and tactical ICT environments.
