Responsibilities
- Deliver Strength & Conditioning sessions across services including S&C programming, X Strong, Bootcamp, Mini Marines, and Junior Athletic programs
- Implement individual and group strength and conditioning programs following structured and periodised plans
- Support the delivery of athletic programs to a high standard, ensuring a safe, engaging, and effective training experience
- Collaborate with other coaches and departments to enhance programming quality and member experience
- Provide guidance and support to athletes and, where appropriate, parents within scope of expertise
- Deliver activation and preparation sessions for individuals, groups, or teams as required
- Assist in delivering physical preparation and performance focused sessions
- Support recovery strategies in line with prescribed programming
- Use basic performance markers to support athlete development and identify areas for improvement
- Educate members on the role of strength and conditioning in overall performance, lifestyle choices, and long term development
- Maintain a professional, positive, and inclusive coaching environment aligned with company values and standards
- Follow company policies, protocols, and coaching guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience working with young athletes and/or children in a coaching or similar role
- Experience delivering strength and conditioning programs in group and/or individual settings
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a coaching and multidisciplinary team
- Passion for athlete development, learning, and continuous improvement

Purpose of the Role
- To deliver high quality Strength & Conditioning services across Adult and Junior membership programs.
- The role supports the development and delivery of Junior Athletic programs and contributes to additional fitness products including X Strong and Bootcamps.
- The Coach plays a key role in creating a positive, high performance training environment and supporting members in achieving their fitness and athletic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Strength & Conditioning sessions across services including, but not limited to, S&C programming, X Strong, Bootcamp, Mini Marines, and Junior Athletic programs.
- Implement individual and group strength and conditioning programs following structured and periodised plans, appropriate loading, and injury prevention principles.
- Support the delivery of athletic programs to a high standard, ensuring a safe, engaging, and effective training experience for members.
- Collaborate with other coaches and departments to enhance programming quality and member experience.
- Provide guidance and support to athletes and, where appropriate, parents within scope of expertise.
- Deliver activation and preparation sessions for individuals, groups, or teams as required.
