- Develop and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with football clubs across Saudi Arabia
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all club related operations and communications
- Strategically plan and execute partnership experiences aligned with both club objectives and platform goals
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics and timely delivery of resources
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas into partnership strategy
- Regularly evaluate partnership effectiveness and implement improvements to optimize engagement and performance
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in sports, e commerce, or related fields
- Comprehensive understanding of the football and sports industry in Saudi Arabia
- Established and maintained strong relationships with Saudi football clubs or the national league
- Excellent communicator in both Arabic and English
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering successful operational outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail
- Existing network across Saudi football clubs or the Saudi Pro League ecosystem (bonus)

THE ROLE

THE PROFILE
- You are a Saudi National with proven experience in operations management, preferably in sports, e commerce, or related fields.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of the football and sports industry in Saudi Arabia — market dynamics, trends, and what fans actually expect.
- You've established and maintained strong relationships with Saudi football clubs or the national league and know how to work collaboratively with them.
- You're an excellent communicator who can engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups in both Arabic and English.
- You're a strategic thinker with a track record of delivering successful operational outcomes.
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
- Bonus: existing network across Saudi football clubs or the Saudi Pro League ecosystem.
