About the Job

  • The Cards Product Management Specialist will be responsible for driving the strategic development, commercialization, and lifecycle management, covering both core and co branded products, with a focus on delivering sustainable revenue growth, improved customer engagement, and portfolio profitability
  • The role includes end to end ownership of product strategy and execution— from defining CVPs and launching products to optimizing performance—alongside managing co brand partnerships, fulfilling contractual obligations, and maximizing sponsorship value through integrated product and marketing strate

Responsibilities

  • Sponsorship Partnership Management: Support in managing the relationship with the sponsorship partner; ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled; coordinate with legal, marketing, and product teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as central point of contact for internal teams and external vendors; facilitate steering committees and milestone meetings; drive cross functional collaboration.
  • Product Development: Lead design and rollout of innovative card products; define CVPs and pricing strategies; collaborate with cross functional teams for successful launches.
  • Support commercialization of new products; develop strong bonds with clients; identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage integration with card processing systems, switches, and vendors; provide technical support; ensure compliance adherence.
  • Asset Leveraging & Campaign Development: Identify opportunities to activate sponsorship assets; develop campaign concepts; prepare business cases and communication plans.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and KPIs; coordinate with analytics teams; report progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Experience of product launches, CVP development, SAMA regulations knowledge
  • Mandatory: Co brand Partner Relationship Management
  • Mandatory: Profitability and cost optimization
  • Mandatory: Knowledge of cards (Debit, Credit and Prepaid) profitability and key metrics
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of card payments, processing systems, and regulatory environments
  • 10 to 15 years of proven experience in product development, portfolio management, and cross functional collaboration
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
