- Updating and setting up customers in Customer Maintenance application
- Processing Failed Key and License RMA’s and creating the orders in Dynamics
- Processing License Modifications in licensing when needed
Requirements
- Business College graduate or equivalent work experience
- Order processing experience preferred, in Dynamics, SalesForce, Oracle
- Great attitude with ability to perform under pressure during busy peaks
- Ability to learn continuously
- Curiosity about data and systems to drive continuous improvement
- Possess both verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent work ethic, dependable and responsible; team player and highly collaborative

Commercial Operations Associate
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced team member that can join an established team activities with order processing.
- The Ideal candidate should be detail oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers and distributors via e mail with questions and concerns as needed.

Essential Requirements
