CNC Operator - night shift

Shift: 2nd Shift 4-10's (Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM)

The Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe and Mill Operator to join our production team.

This role is ideal for a dedicated operator who takes pride in producing high-quality parts, maintaining tight tolerances, and working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 4x10-hour shift, allowing for 3-day weekends every week!

• Operation: Run and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision parts according to blueprints and job instructions.
• Quality Control: Utilize precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gages) to verify parts are within tolerance.
• Tooling: Change cutting tools, monitor tool wear, and adjust tool offsets as needed.
• Process Maintenance: Monitor machines during production, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain proper coolant levels.
• Documentation: Complete production logs, quality records, and inspection reports accurately.
• Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all safety protocols and perform daily housekeeping of the work area and equipment.
