Position Details

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Practical experience with lean methods, 5S, standardized work, problem solving, value stream mapping, Kaizen, and Hoshin Kanri, with evidence of sustainable results.
• Project management certification or experience.
• Advanced Office 365 skills.
• 10 or more years of professional work experience, preferably in testing, inspection, and certification activities.
• Presentation, communication, interpersonal, negotiating, influencing, leadership, team building, coaching, and development skills.
• English is mandatory; Arabic, Russian, French, or Portuguese are a plus.

Strategic Performance and Profitability

• Establish annual profitability targets for CME countries and deploy prioritized process improvement projects.
• Partner with underperforming business units to diagnose challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor LEAP 28 TIQ and performance indicators to drive sustained improvement.

Digital Transformation and Field Operations

• Lead deployment of digital systems to modernize field operations and workflows across the region.
• Drive digitization of harmonized processes with the Digital Transformation team.
• Deploy Tableau digital cockpits and TIQ and performance KPI visualization tools.
• Establish governance frameworks with HR, M&S, Finance, Digital Transformation, HSSE, and P&L leaders.

Process Improvement Execution

• Establish and monitor process improvement projects across regions, areas, and countries.
• Review operational and administrative processes using lean methods to eliminate waste and streamline workflows.
• Identify shared service, resource transfer, and other alternatives to optimize production capacity.
• Harmonize and replicate best-practice processes across CME.
• Ensure end-to-end process traceability from opportunity identification through cash collection.

Change Leadership and Adoption

• Direct Area Performance Directors and support teams in executing improvement initiatives and monitoring adoption.
• Communicate process changes and performance expectations clearly.
• Embed operational excellence as a day-to-day practice and champion continuous improvement.

Governance, Ethics, and HSE

• Uphold Bureau Veritas HSE, ethics, and compliance standards in every business transaction.
• Model integrity, transparency, and professionalism with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
