We are seeking a Cluster Security Manager to lead safety, security, risk management, and emergency preparedness across two luxury hospitality properties in Dubai. The role involves developing security policies, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

- Develop and implement cluster wide security policies, procedures, and operating standards.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, fire and life safety regulations, and brand security requirements.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability reviews.
- Lead asset protection and loss prevention initiatives across both properties.
- Monitor security incidents, investigate cases, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and crisis management procedures.
- Lead emergency drills, evacuation exercises, and preparedness training.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire professional security colleagues.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of progressive security leadership experience within luxury hospitality, residential, or mixed use environments
- Experience in multi property or cluster operations strongly preferred
- Pre opening experience highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of UAE safety, security, fire life safety, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Hospitality Management, Risk Management, or related field preferred
- Professional security certifications are highly desirable

Your Day to Day
