IHG Hotels & Resorts seeks a highly creative Cluster Executive Pastry Chef to lead pastry operations across InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay and Kimpton Sevn Dubai. - Develop and execute the cluster pastry vision across both properties
- Create signature desserts, cakes, pastries, bakery items, and seasonal specialties
- Oversee daily pastry and bakery operations across all outlets and events
- Lead, coach, and inspire pastry teams across both properties
- Develop dessert menus, bakery programs, afternoon tea concepts, and specialty offerings
- Manage food cost targets and pastry department budgets
- Recruit and develop the pre opening pastry team for Kimpton Sevn Dubai
Requirements
- 8–12 years of progressive pastry leadership experience in luxury hotels or premium hospitality environments
- Experience leading multi outlet pastry operations strongly preferred
- Pre opening experience highly desirable
- Strong expertise in contemporary pastry, bakery, desserts, chocolate work, and specialty confectionery
- Proven success in menu development, innovation, and commercial performance
- Diploma, Certification, or Degree in Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
