Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent administrative, sales support, or business management experience will be considered.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with CRM systems and business databases; ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to travel occasionally and exercise sound judgment when representing the company at regional events and field activities.
• Safety and Environmental Responsibilities
• Follow SHM Safety and Environmental rules and complete required related training
• Wear proper personal protective equipment as required for the task or work area
• Report all accidents, injuries, spills and near misses immediately
• Technical and Physical Requirements
• College Degree or equivalent administrative/managerial experience.
