Clinical Programs Pharm Technician

As a Clinical Programs Pharmacy Technician Representative, you will:

Make outbound and take inbound calls communicating with Humana members.

Collect medication history information.

Prepare members for a comprehensive medication review.

Help guide prescription drug optimization in cases where patients are taking multiple medications.

Help create health awareness with patients through Rx Education and targeted quarterly campaigns.

Assist Pharmacists by placing and retrieving calls to confirm patients are taking drugs and provide counseling.

(50% we pay at hire and 50% we pay at 180 days; you must remain employed until that date to receive payment!)

Applicable to external candidates only ( Rehire candidates may be considered for a sign-on bonus if they have been separated from Humana for a minimum of more than 12 consecutive months.)

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience

Mail order or retail pharmacy experience

Speak both English and Spanish fluently

Previous call center experience or in a pharmacy setting

Capability in problem resolution and supporting team‑based resolutions

Associates may refer external candidates to this requisition and receive a bonus, provided that they meet all other eligibility requirements.
