Responsibilities
- Oversees day to day Clinical Operations, ensuring effective service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Implements and monitors operational policies, standards, and procedures that align with the KFSHRC goals.
- Contributes to long term planning, identifying opportunities for service improvement, innovation, and expansion.
- Ensures quality assurance programs and ensure the highest standards of patient safety, care, and satisfaction.
- Tracks and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and patient experience.
- Advises and serves as a resource person to the higher management on matters pertinent of the Clinical Operations
- Oversees the budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control to optimize the use of financial and operational resources.
- Collects and analyses data to identify problems which require immediate attention or further study and makes suggestions to improve the operations.
- Prepares and presents reports on the progress, findings, and issues to stakeholders.
- Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.
- Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare related, or other related discipline
- Eleven (11) years of related experience

Summary
- Plans, directs all activities on various operational matters as per assigned tasks and projects that will contribute in enhancing the productivity and performance development of the Hospital, and provides high quality and effective healthcare services and outcomes for patients.

Education
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare related, or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
