Role overview
Clinical Instructor – Nursing role focused on undergraduate clinical education.
Supervise and evaluate nursing students during clinical training and practice.
Job responsibilities
- Support implementation of clinical learning outcomes and application of theoretical knowledge in clinical settings.
- Provide clinical teaching, guidance, and constructive feedback for students' academic and clinical development.
- Monitor student progress and contribute to assessment of clinical competencies and performance.
- Collaborate with clinical agencies and academic faculty to coordinate clinical education.
- Contribute to development and continuous improvement of clinical education, learning activities, and student assessment.
- Support evidence-based nursing practice and promote safe, effective, and professional patient care among students.
- Participate in academic activities, meetings, and University and College initiatives as required.
- Maintain a professional, inclusive, and student-centered clinical learning environment.
- Support advancement of nursing education and clinical excellence within the institution.
