About the Role
NMC Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Assistant to facilitate patient flow and support clinic operations in Al Ain. The role involves preparing consultation rooms, guiding patients, coordinating with medical staff, and maintaining a clean environment.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate smooth patient flow by calling patients according to appointment sequence
- Ensure orderly movement of patients between waiting area and consultation rooms
- Prepare consultation room before clinic hours by keeping it clean, organized, and ready
- Maintain availability of basic non clinical supplies and inform staff when replenishment is needed
- Guide patients about clinic procedures and assist them in locating departments like lab, radiology, pharmacy, and billing
- Assist elderly or mobility impaired patients in reaching consultation areas when required
- Coordinate with reception, nursing staff, and doctors regarding patient arrivals, delays, or schedule changes
- Inform doctors when patients are ready and help maintain efficient patient flow
- Handle and organize non clinical documents/forms and ensure proper routing to relevant departments
- Support doctors and nursing staff in maintaining an organized clinic environment
- Report operational or workflow issues to the supervisor or clinic manager
- Maintain professional communication while ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality
